oke9 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account is accurate and up to date. oke9 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. oke9 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including Live Chat, email, or telephone.
You must notify oke9 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. oke9 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed in reporting a suspected breach.
Your oke9 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate suspension and may result in forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.
oke9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:
oke9 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not available on the Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. oke9 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements or internal risk management policies. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. oke9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. oke9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the oke9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). oke9 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
Note: Funds deposited into your oke9 Wallet are held for gaming purposes only. oke9 does not pay interest on Account balances.
oke9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
oke9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
oke9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the change, subject to the original terms of that promotion.

All game outcomes on the oke9 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. oke9 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, oke9 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. oke9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with oke9 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your Wallet may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting oke9 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Wallet (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, oke9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
oke9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude oke9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution process administered by PAGCOR.
oke9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
